Crashing when entering pin. Empty Crashing when entering pin.

I installed everything step by step from the guide. My Antivirus and Windows Defender are both off. I started the game and created a character. Whenever I enter my pin, the game freezes and crashes back to the login screen. Can't even get into the game. Any ideas?
