Problem logging in?

Hello everyone, just recently about 3 hours ago i was on the server and it was all working fine, game crashed so i took a nap, and now it just seems to be crashing every attempt to login after putting in my pic, anyone got any ideas whats going on with this ? A little help would be lovely <3 Thank you.

Edit : Was able to login after i made a new character, it stopped crashing after my pic, so idk what was going on but was weird happy to be back on !
