It is required to use this format if you want to be unbanned.

Why you deserve to be unbanned:
  • You will not have a 100% chance to be unbanned by just making a ban appeal.
  • Second chances are a priviledge.
  • If you create a second offense, you will be banned permanently.
  • All second appeals aren't considered (Unless a mistake has been made).
